Booking Policy
Payment: Esos Hotel Quelle will collect the payment of the total amount from the guest at the time of booking.
Refund/Cancelation: Direct booking is fully refundable if cancelled 3 days before your arrival by 18:00. If cancelled past the free cancelation period or failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show, no refunds will be given.
Group: Group bookings (more than 2 rooms) can be canceled free of charge 7 days before arrival.
